The highest benefits of Keto however, come from a modified keto diet which few people talk about. A modified Keto diet eliminates processed meats, has cheese in moderation and replaces a major percentage of red meat with white meat.

This modified Keto diet is the one that is actually beneficial.

Another fact about keto is that you don’t have to go keto forever! You can just add a few keto meals to your weekly routine or go keto for a weekend. As long as you are implementing the healthy aspects of keto, you will get the benefits.

My favorite routine is to have a couple of days of keto, several days of Mediterranean diet with a focus on implementing a plant-based diet in my monthly routine.
